PM:NDA-BJP at Centre,Mahayuti in Maharashtra to drive state’s progress

Chimur(Maharashtra), November 12

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, campaigning in Maharashtra, stressed the combined power of the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre and the Mahayuti government in the state to accelerate development. Speaking at a rally in Chimur, Modi emphasized that the ‘double-engine’ government would usher in rapid progress. “With BJP-NDA at the Centre and Mahayuti in Maharashtra, we will together propel the state forward,” he said, highlighting the approval of key projects such as the Kampa-Varora railway line, which had long been delayed by previous administrations.

Modi also praised the Maharashtra BJP for releasing a comprehensive Sankalp Patra, a manifesto aimed at empowering farmers, women, and youth. “This manifesto is a guarantee for Maharashtra’s development over the next five years,” he added.

Addressing security concerns, the Prime Minister criticised Congress for its alleged role in promoting separatism and violence, referencing the legacy of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, which the current government abolished. “Congress wants to undo the progress made in Jammu and Kashmir and do Pakistan’s bidding,” Modi claimed.

Focusing on the welfare of farmers, Modi outlined various schemes, including the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and Namo Shetkari Yojana, both aimed at improving the livelihood of Maharashtra’s farming community. He also pointed to the government’s efforts to ease bamboo farming regulations and support artisans in the region.

On the issue of tribal welfare, Modi accused Congress of attempting to divide tribal communities for political gain. “Congress wants to weaken the 10% tribal population by sowing division. We must stay united to protect our reservations,” he warned, urging voters to resist the party’s divisive tactics.
