India on Friday dispatched humanitarian assistance to Lebanon, sending 33 tons of medical supplies as part of its relief efforts. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said that the first tranche, comprising 11 tons of pharmaceutical products, was shipped today. The consignment includes a variety of essential medicines such as cardiovascular drugs, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), anti-inflammatory agents, antibiotics, and anesthetics. This shipment is part of India’s broader support initiative aimed at helping Lebanon address its ongoing healthcare challenges.
