IndiGo Airlines has issued a travel advisory for passengers flying in and out of Mumbai, warning that heavy rainfall may disrupt flight schedules and lead to air traffic congestion. The airline said that while it is making every effort to ensure smooth operations, weather conditions could still cause delays. Passengers have been advised to plan ahead and check the latest updates before traveling to the airport. Any changes to flight schedules will be communicated through registered contact details, and IndiGo urged travelers to ensure their information is up to date.
In addition, the airline cautioned that waterlogging and slow-moving traffic across Mumbai could add to commuting delays. Travelers are advised to leave early for the airport to avoid last-minute hassles. “While we want your journey to be as hassle-free as possible, Mother Nature has her own plans,” IndiGo said in its advisory, urging passengers to stay safe and travel prepared.
