External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar held a meeting with Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Takht Ravanchi and discussed key issues concerning their bilateral relations. The leaders addressed the progress made on the Chabahar Port project and other regional developments. In a post shared on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), Jaishankar expressed confidence that the ongoing Foreign Office Consultations would provide new momentum to the partnership between the two countries.
The discussions are expected to enhance cooperation between India and Iran on various fronts, including trade, infrastructure, and regional security.
