Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday criticised Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge,calling his recent remarks about Prime Minister Narendra Modi “distastefuland disgraceful.” Amit Shah said that the Congress presidentMallikarjun Kharge has outperformed himself, his leaders and his party inbeing absolutely distasteful and disgraceful in his speech. “In a bitterdisplay of spite, Kharge yesterday unnecessarily dragged PM Modi into hispersonal health matters by saying that he would die only after removing PM Modifrom power,” Amit Shah said in his post on X previously known as twitter.
“ It just shows how much hate and fear these Congress people have of PM Modi,that they are thinking of him constantly. As for the health of Mr Kharge Ji,Modi Ji prays, I pray and we all pray that he lives a long, healthy life. Mayhe continue to live for many years and may he live to see the creation of aViksit Bharat by 2047, the Union Minister further said.
