The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday refused to confirm or deny a potential meeting between former US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi next week on the sidelines of the Quad summit. Commenting on Trumps announcement that he will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in US, Foreign secretary Vikram Misri said that they are trying to fix a number of meetings in US, will update once they are confirmed. While briefing the media Misri said that PM will fly directly to Wilmington, Delaware for Quad summit before heading to NY for UN Summit. The Prime Minister will also to address diaspora, meetings with Tech CEOs, bilateral with leaders, he added.
